What is on the buffet
The spread mixes Thai and Western options: rice soup and stir-fries, eggs cooked to order, pastries and bread, fresh fruit, cereal, and the signature cinnamon rolls. Coffee, tea and juice are self-serve throughout service.
When to come down
Breakfast runs from 6:00 to 10:00. The busiest window is 7:30 to 8:30 on weekdays when hospital appointments start. Arrive before 7:15 or after 9:00 for a quieter room and the full selection.
